I do not think that word means what they think it means.
I think its time we should all give a little attention and maybe a thankyou to GAIA, the All-Mother, formerly called Terra. This planet we share with all living things, and a few non-living things, is a magnificant system of checks and balances, of infinite diversity in infinite combinations. The way biiological, geological, meteorological, etc. interact with each other is not just a bunch of coincidences. Gaia IS a living being of such wonderful force and beauty, and with an intelligence that perhaps is a bit difficult for our little ape-brains. And when we make a conscious effort to understand plants, animals, the weather,its almost like TM. or a really good bag of gold. And how about those sunrises and sunsets? How about those magnificent cumulo nimbus clouds, or the cumulo mamatos? A wise man once said, “The SKY is the daily bread of the eyes,” But if we continue to decimate the rain forests, well, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Gaia might just throw a few earthquakes or a volcanic eruption or two at us. And if She decides to activate the magma chamber under Yellowstone, thats all She wrote.
