Chick-fil-A Is Hiring

Paul O'Flaherty

Chick-fil-A is hiring, but judging form this flier advertising for the position, if you’re not a Christian you may as well go straight back to the unemployment queue and keep looking.

I know this flier is fake, but they probably wish they could just come out and state their position like this.

They close on Sundays because it is sinful to work on the sabbath.

“I know this is fake, but I like to make assumptions about the motivations and beliefs of groups that I disagree with.”

I don’t care if you put it on a flier, carve it into the side of a mountain or write it in the sky, the plain fact is, it’s illegal to ask such questions and deny someone a job based on their religious views, sexual orientation or anything else that defines their morals, nationality, religion, sexuality or disability. It’s probably fake but fuck chic fil a. Fuck them in their dirty Jesus holes.

“So, you want to work here? Do you like fillin’ chicks?”

Chick-fil-A has disavowed this via a tweet:

However, this doesn’t change the fact that Chick-fil-A is indeed a homphobic Christian fanatic company.

Yes, it is fake.  I’ve researched the company in-depth and have found that you can’t believe mainstream media for any true news and facts. If we demand understanding and truth, we’ve got to be willing to extend it to others as well.  They’re closed on Sundays because when the founder originally opened his first store, it was 24/7 to serve the factory workers. It was sheer need of rest AND it gave his family time together or for his employees “to worship as they pleased.” It’s a private company, he can keep it closed on sunday if he wants. Although, I always crave it on Sunday.

I think Chick-Fil-A hires Christian youths with intellectual or emotional problems. Hire the handicapped and the Lord will richly reward with salvation. Bad for business. Some employees really act strange and rude as well.

I would be okay if it wasn’t fake.
