Raising the question of how complicit is god in the evils perpetrated by man?
The omniscient and omnipotent deity is, to my mind, a complicit voyeur. Let’s also remember that for members of the Roman Catholic Church, the Eastern Orthodox churches, the Anglican churches, and most Lutheran churches sacraments of absolution such as the “Sacrament of Penance” exist which offer a means to evade to punishment.
